Shipping and Delivery Policy:

At BitSpot, we deal with a group of the best shipping companies to ensure that customer orders arrive as quickly as possible.



Delivery within Riyadh (from Saturday to Thursday):


  • The period specified by each shipping company is an approximate period according to the information provided to us by the companies, and we are not bound by this period after we deliver the shipment to the shipping company.
  • We would like to note that sometimes the delivery of shipments by shipping companies may be delayed during the discount season, for example: (Black Friday + New Year's discounts), and we disclaim any responsibility for this delay.

The period specified for each shipping company is an approximate period, not a fixed period, and it is as follows:


Delivery within Riyadh (Riyadh Only)

Delivery for orders before 11am takes a maximum of two days (except Friday)




Delivery via Fastlo (within Riyadh):

For same day orders before 11:00 am

For orders after 11.00 am, delivery within 1-2 business days.


Delivery via Fastlo (outside Riyadh):

Delivery within 3-7 working days, to the following cities:

Abha / Dammam / Jazan / Abu Arish / Ar Rass / Jeddah / Ahad Al Masarihah / Riyadh / Khamis Mushayt / Ahad Rafidah / As Sail Al Kabir / Ras Tanura / Al Ahsa / Riyadh Al Khabra / Yanbu / Al Badai / Taif / Sarat Ubaidah / Al Bukayriyah / Dhahran / Saihat / Jubail / Al Uyun / Shuqayq / Al Jafr / Qatif / Samtah / Al Jamoum / Al Mubarraz / Sabya / Al Kharj / Medina / Safwa / Al Khobar / Al Hofuf / Dammad Al Khabra / Bahra / Unak / Ad Dilam / Buraidah / Unaizah / Ad Darb / Beesh / Uyun Al Jawa / Tabuk / Tarut / Mecca

Cities not listed, delivery takes 5 to 15 business days.


Shipping via Aramex (outside Riyadh)



Shipping via Aramex: 5 to 15 business days. (Shipments within Riyadh are usually delivered within 48 hours) except Fridays.


(Thursday orders will be delivered on Saturday (as Friday is a holiday for all shipping companies)


Note: Aramex does not provide home delivery service in some areas of the Kingdom, so the customer must receive the shipment from the branch located in his area.



Delivery via SMSA (outside Riyadh)


Shipping via SMSA: 5 to 15 working days. (Shipments within Riyadh are usually delivered within 48 hours) except Fridays.


(Thursday orders will be delivered on Saturday (as Friday is a holiday for all shipping companies)


Note: SMSA does not provide home delivery service in some areas of the Kingdom, so the customer must receive the shipment from the branch located in his area.
